One of their gentlemen cleaners took it upon himself to repair 4 screens that had come away from the frames. His own initiative! Wow that is what I call above and beyond! “We needed a very last minute residential cleaning when we were bringing my Grandma home from the hospital and Wai (?) was so extremely helpful and sweet – she worked a miracle and got a crew over within a couple of hours of me calling her and they did an AWESOME job and both the office and the cleaning crew were super understanding about our emergency situation and our crazy changes and requests.
